Carol, VRCE

Carol started her career in the veterinary world as a Kennel attendant in 2006. Carol has worked her way through the ranks from kennel attendant, veterinary assistant, receptionist, assistant manager and practice manager. Carol became our General manager in July 2024 overseeing both Kempsville Veterinary Hospital and our sister location Hilltop Veterinary Clinic. When she is not working she loves spending time with her 2 biological kids, her 2 foster kids and her bulldog Rocky. Carol also has a shiba inu and a feline who is a tripod.

ANIMAL / PET URGENT CARE SERVICES

(Call Ahead) – Monday and Thursdays

Doors open at 7:30 AM to 7:00PM Monday through Fridays for surgeries and scheduled drop off appointments. Doors will remain open between 1:00pm and 3:00pm to pick up ordered medications and food.

Saturday hours are 8:00AM to 1:00PM.

No doctors available until 8:00am and they are not available between 1:00pm and 3:00pm.
