Appointment Arrival Policy – Effective Immediately
Due to an increased number of late arrivals, we are implementing the following policy effective immediately.
All clients are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we will need to consult with the doctor to determine whether your pet can still be seen. If the doctor is unable to accommodate your appointment due to the late arrival, a no-call/no-show fee of $66 will be applied. If the doctor is able to see your pet, a late arrival fee of $25 will be charged.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us stay on schedule and provide the best care for all patients.
